How Kaley Cuoco stays fit all this time

There are lots of sexy women in Hollywood, and Kaley Cuoco is deifnitley one one them. Her secret? The one and only YOGA. According to her in a Shape magazine interview, “It took years for me to figure out what my body needs and that what works for my friends doesn’t necessarily work for me. I love being toned and having muscle; it’s so sexy and beautiful. And I owe it 100 percent to yoga.”

Yoga is actually one of the most effective and relieving workouts that ever exist. It creates a calming sensation to your body and it enables your physicality and mind to function well. Kaley crediting her awesome bod makes us feel like trying it for ourselves!

“I go to a place called CorePower Yoga,” she added. “One morning I’ll take the Hot Power Fusion class, which is an amazing calorie burner. Or I’ll take a Yoga Sculpt class, where we wear three-pound weights during yoga moves. The sculpt classes include 20 seconds of mountain climbing or jumping jacks between the poses, so I get cardio, too. I also ride horses five days a week whenever I can.”

Well, if Kaley was able to attain that body through Yoga, then let’s do Yoga!
