We all know that Reese Witherspoon is sexy. What we don’t know is she’s getting sexier and fitter each day. The A-lister celebrity is expected to be featured on the cover of Women’s Health magazine for October 2015 issue.

In Women’s Health, the blonde actress shared her secrets on how to stay fit and healthy. According to her, she resorts to strength training as well as Yoga and spinning. Other than those exercises, she also depends on Body By Simone fitness program which she really enjoys a lot. Well, that seems so tiring but totally exciting!

Not only an actress but also a great inspiration!

She also gave her thoughts about her mission to create opportunities for other women. Reese, by the way, influences everyone with her Pacific Standard production company. Apart from her production company, the actress is also known to be running a Draper James clothing line.

Reese emphasized, “How wonderful it would be for our culture not to see ambition as an ugly thing within a woman’s personality. In our society, when we see women who want to succeed or who view themselves as leaders, it’s like ‘How arrogant!’ Well, I think it’s fantastic.”
